Adville Hotels and Resorts Limited (Adville) is a hospitality consultancy, management and support services company, established with the primary objective of improving the capacity of institutions within the hospitality value-chain to deliver quality service standards in Ghana and beyond. Running a hospitality operation requires an understanding of the impact of globalization, continuous technological change, diversity in workforce, scarcity of specialized labour, changing skill requirement, employee involvement and many more. It is for the above-stated factors that it is absolutely important that companies within the hospitality industry require highly motivated and trained management and staff to keep the standards and quality required in the industry.

OBJECTIVES

Adville's primary objective is to help develop world class service standards with an African touch, within the hospitality industry especially in hotels and restaurants. Our specific objectives are

  • Ensuring continuous communication with owners and/or representatives to ensure hotel products and services are up to standard
  • Giving guidance to the hotel Manager and Management Staff
  • Conducting regular inspections of registered hotels
  • Help Management create annual strategic Business Plan and direction including Marketing Plans, Budget and Capital Improvements Plans
  • Ensuring continuous evaluation of key personnel performance using strategic business plan.
  • Utilization of hotel evaluation system to monitor all areas of the hotel to ensure maximum profitability
  • Monitor and translate Monthly detailed financial and operating reports.
