Our Classes

Initial Audit and Hotels Grouping

Hotels which register with Adville Hotels and Resorts will pay a fee depending on the number of rooms and facilities. The hotels will then be audited on its technical and operational status and classified into three categories. Each category will have a unique support from Adville Hotels and Resorts.

Platinum

Hotels that exist with franchise and managed by international hotel chains. These Hotels already have a laid down departmental and operational setups and will be supported by Adville Hotels and resorts in the preparation of their yearly strategies and specified training programs. They may join the “Adville Hotels Customer Service Program” if they so wish.

Silver

Hotels that are not franchised but have managed to put in place departmental and operational setups. For these hotels Adville Hotels and Resorts will run a technical and operational audit and report to Management and owners. Departments will be realigned according to location and the targeted market. Operational, financial programs, standards and controls will be introduce and trained on. Other services will be determined by both parties. Adville Hotels and Resorts will also support in the preparation of their yearly budget, strategies and training. Accounting controls and reporting program will be strictly implemented. Asset register and capital upgrade services program will be encourage and supported. Hotels who are registered with Adville Hotels and Resorts will have seven operational email addresses for the general manager, financial controller, front office, ICT, sales, food and beverage extra addresses can be obtained with a fee. These hotels will be listed on our website and become automatic members of the “Adville Hotels Customer Service Program”. Adville hotels and resorts will pay full attention to financial and operational monthly reports and be present at quarterly meetings to analyse with management and owners.

Bronze

Hotels that are not franchised and have no management in place also no departmental and operational setups. For these hotels, Adville Hotels and Resorts will run a technical and operational audit and report to the owner. Departments will be setup according to location and the targeted market. Specific staff positions will be discussed and recruited. Operational concepts, financial programs, standards and controls will be introduce and trained on. Adville Hotels and Resorts will also support in the preparation of their yearly budget, strategies and training. Accounting controls and reporting program will be implemented. Asset register and capital upgrade services program will be encourage and supported.
